Base Fee	7.50 Rand per student	This fee is charged for each student per assessment. It covers the basic cost of setting up and processing the exam.
AI Token Usage (Words)	1 credit per 700 words	1 credit is charged for every 700 words processed. This includes AI-driven marking and text analysis.
OCR Page Processing	1 credit per 10 pages	1 credit is charged for every 10 pages of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) document processing. Even if fewer than 10 pages are processed, it is billed as 10 pages.
Image Processing	1 credit per 10 images	1 credit is charged for every 10 images processed. Like OCR, if fewer than 10 images are processed, it is billed as 10 images.
Cost per Credit	2.50 Rand per credit	Each credit costs 2.50 Rand, whether used for words, OCR pages, or images.

Images per Question	3 images	1 credit per student assessment question	250 ZAR	3 images per student requires 1 credit (1 credit covers up to 10 images). Total credits: 100 credits (100 students × 1 credit).
Total Cost	700 credits	R2.50 per credit	1,750 ZAR	The total cost is the sum of credits for words, pages, images, and the base fee for all students with one assessment and one question grade response per student.
